Because of the switch to GitHub I looked at the ReadMe.txt and it looks really outdated. For example, the whole part with the Archive Support can removed. In general, seems a shortcut to a readme file in the start menu fit the time of Windows XP. Modern programs mostly add now only a shortcut to the program itself, nothing more.

In the first step, I would suggest removing the file from the start menu and the installation itself.

We also use this file for InfoAfterFile in the installer. Would be cool, if we can switch this info to something with strings from the installer translations. So it would be easier to translate for the people. The text could be also simplified when we use it only for the installer.

What do you think?

I modified the installer so that it doesn't create a ReadMe.txt link to the Start menu.
I also removed the Archive Support section in ReadMe.txt.

PR is welcome.
