Integrate details from completions-detailed

Hi,

display completions with details added as prefix/suffix.
completions-detailed shows annotations for few symbols in describe-* variants (describe-symbol, ...) in completions UI (minibuffer, fido, vertico..)

Although its not feature rich annotation like how marginalia shows doc strings.

But still considering that its built-in, it will be quite helpful for few commands/symbols shown with helpful-* functions.

This will be shown in completions UI, minibuffer *completions* buffer or fido or vertico.
