[Feature request] Allow Disabling Individual Optimizations

Feature Request
It would be useful to have a way to disable specific optimizations individually.

Why
Sometimes an optimization causes problems or isn’t needed in certain cases. And disabling all optimizations isn't really a great option.

Example
The gammarouch(from Alex's caves) does not spawn when Default configs are used and modded mobs just don't spawn at all when Optimized configs are used

Suggestion
A config flag to toggle individual optimizations on or off.
