Infinite rocket boost in unloaded chunk

Setting prevent-moving-into-unloaded-chunks: true makes player getting unlimited Rocket boost while flying with Elytra.

Reproduce

1. Set prevent-moving-into-unloaded-chunks to true.
2. Fly using rocket.
3. Fly inside unloaded chunk.
4. Get boosted when loaded.

Expected behavior
Do not pause rocket effect or remove it while "locked out" unloaded chunks instead of "pausing" the player and resetting the effect when loaded.

I can't seem to reproduce this at all. It also doesn't really make sense as all it does is teleport the player back a few blocks just before they enter an unloaded chunk serverside - nothing with fireworks specifically.

Its possible firework duration is longer overall when your server is extremely laggy (which is kind of suggested by you being able to run into unloaded chunks normally while using fireworks, as they cap your flight speed).

I'll investigate the issues, perhaps it comes from another mod. Also, I have disabled flight check in server.properties, perhaps it's related 😕
