Floating Point Exception #12
Description
I ran into the following error while running Superfold:

Floating point exception (core dumped)
The associated .map file was generated using ShapeMapper2 from a published dataset (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE226865). The .map and superfold log files are attached.
Any help with this error would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
