fix responsive design on the following views:

• login (whiteframe(sp?) too small)
• navbar (collapses into itself or something...)
• index
  • icons (height are disproportional in layout=column)
  • data does not fill width of view (add class md-block?)
• recipes (too much information per row)
• ferment (chart is way overpopulated on a small screen. adjust amount of datapoints)
• set padding of body? to close to zero on small screens
