Stop Motion Subregion Start/End Animation Controls (Arrow/ Slider) Not Working

Description

I'm not sure if you addressed this in your last fix, but the slider and arrow for the start and end animation options of a stop-motion subregion aren't working. Entering the number directly works.No Lua error, though.

5.19.3

I got this issue with only WeakAuras enabled

Reproduction Steps

Create a new icon with a stop motion sub region
Try to use the arrow or the slider for the start and End Animation (I dont know the english name sry).
