[IDEA] Configure darwin log file's path

**What is your feature about ?**
Make log file path configurable.

**Describe what you'd like**
The log file's path is currently hard-coded ("/var/log/darwin/darwin.log"), we want it configurable.
Maybe do it after #141 to have a better option handling.
