Automated Klipper updates skip menuconfig!

I found out today that 'make olddefconfig KCONFIG_CONFIG=config.rpi' for example, bypasses the interactive menuconfig and sets any new parameters to their default, making the update-all.sh a little quicker and less jarring to use.
