Online startup guide doesnt mention how to move the bed up for the z endstop calibration.

The online start up guide doesnt mention how to move the bed on the Trident during the z endstop calibration. Trying to move it via mainsail just gives a "must home first" error, indicating the home command must be given first.
I only now know its supposed to be done manualy by asking and waiting for someone to respond on the discord server.
