Some Skirt / LCD assembly parts not marked as "accent" parts

Current assembly manual revision (e47cc70) does not mention that the following 2 parts are "accent" parts (at least according to filenaming, which makes it harder to find since parts are not named in the PDF docs):

• Page 215, light blocker (current filename: [a]_btt_knob_light_shield.stl)
• Page 216, hinge (current filename: [a]_mini12864_case_hinge.stl)
