Manual suggestion : idler cam lock reinstallation

The idler cam locks are shown and installed at pages 85-86 only to be removed temporarily at page 128 then reinstalled for the extrusion fasteners. Can't really see why they're not held back 'til page 128.

agreed, they really serve no purpose other than to fall out constantly until tophat installation. However, I believe the ideal place is to exclude them entirely until page 246. prior to building myself I watched a couple full build videos and both creators experienced and commented on the cam locks falling out as they maneuvered their builds. this prompted me to leave them out until tophat was built to avoid this issue. I did slide them in at the appropriate place in the manual just to see if I was missing a purpose and can't really identify the need to place them in so early.
