feature request: Episode Title Matching

Problem Description / Use Case

Sometimes, usually with anime, there are disagreements on episode order, this causes you to select one episode to be played in Stremio, and depending on the source you select you may get different or the same episode as the one you requested, even with strict "Season/Episode Matching" as the season and episode numbers scraped from the filename will match but the title and the stream is not the expected one.

Proposed Solution

Have an option just like "Season/Episode Matching" and "Title Matching" but for each episode's title, applicable to each Request Type.
It would also be really nice to only select it for certain TMDb IDs, but that might make it too cluttered or out of scope. (But then could also add JSON list format that you could import of TMDb IDs so we can crowdsource problematic shows)

This would also resolve a related issue (#635).

Edit: just realized releases dont always include the episode title in the filename. Maybe introduce a strict option under Title Matching for episodes only? And when its disabled (default), if the episode title is different to the currently viewed one then it gets excluded, otherwise keep all unknowns. I dont know if parsing episode titles will be an issue though, but they usually appear right after the season and episode number.
