feature request: NZB health check(s) after sort/SEL

Problem Description / Use Case

I'd like to propose a feature:

health checking an NZB after SEL/sorting for the top X (configurable) streams that were not filtered out using sorting/filtering/SEL.
this would make it a little slower for NZBs but you could make sure that this NZB is not missing articles or has no other issues.

would be awesome!
