It seems like nimhdf5 on Windows might be broken entirely. Simply opening a file seems to lead to a segfault.

Note: with #62 merged and a new release tagged Windows support should work now.

I haven't set up a CI for Windows yet (leaving the issue open for that reason for the time being).

To use it on Windows best to just download the HDF5 library from the website of the HDF group and use the Windows installer. On my Win 10 machine that is all that is needed outside of installing nimhdf5.
