Support for 1.21+ for HotbarsPlus and WNT

I have used this mod for a while and recently updated and have over 100 hotbars saves and it would be riley hard to find a wat to use all of them. WNT is gest a riley useful mod and would be nice to have it on newer versions.

Hello! I don't know why I didn't get notified about this issue (GitHub must be being GitHub), but now I'm here.

I've actually been working on an overhaul of Hotbars+ that intends to support both older and newer versions of the game, which includes 1.21+. This overhaul is called Librarian, and it comes with a bunch of neat new features alongside it including some features I wanted to add to Hotbars+ but didn't really know how to approach them like accidental overwrite prevention and renamable hotbars. Librarian is also structured in a way where the issues that plague HB+'s codebase aren't present and thus adding support for newer versions should be far less of a problem moving forward.

Assuming that no issues arise in the near future, Librarian itself will be officially publicly released this weekend on May 31. You can get the latest release candidate here. As for Hotbars+, once Librarian is released I plan to continue to support Hotbars+ until at most August 2025 to give people time to migrate, but at that point no new features or versions of HB+ will be made available aside from potential bugfixes.

In regards to WNT, it's complicated. I have a work-in-progress rewrite of that as well that is currently set to private on my GitHub pending a more long-term analysis into its future and underlying codebase, which is called W2K. I have no set date for W2K's public release because it's been on hiatus for a bit.
