Medical Discoveries not working for Alchemest Vivisectionist #31

Describe the bug
Every 2nd level an Alchemist Vivisectionist is supposed to get a Medical Discovery feat. Instead this is skipped past entirely.
To Reproduce
Put an even amount of levels into Alchemist Vivisectionist. Medical Discovery does not appear.
Expected behavior
Medical Discovery feat selection should appear. It does not.

Have not tested with other Alchemist subclasses.
