Description
At the moment, we only display OddsPaths values on the assay facts sheet if the investigator provides them. This leads to situations where we don't display OddsPaths information for certain score sets even if we have calculated them by some other means. For instance, for urn:mavedb:00000050-a-1, we don't display OddsPaths despite having loaded Scott Calibrations. For urn:mavedb:00000097-0-2, we don't display OddsPaths despite having multiple CVFG OddsPaths available. We should come up with some sort of prioritization for displaying OddsPaths on the assay fact sheet so that we may display them when we have them available.
Some considerations:
- Given these are no longer only author provided odds paths, should we include a note on the fact sheet about where the came from?
- Should the prioritization be Investigator Provided > CVFG - All Variants > CVFG - Missense Variants?
- For MSH2, we additionally have the Scott calibrations, which should be prioritized over investigator provided ranges for both default histogram viewing and for the fact sheet.
