Throwables

there seems to be a issue with all the throwable weapons, you can buy the weapons and ammo for them and they place into your inventory but when you try to put them in the weapon wheel it doesn't go into it and you cant load them with ammo either so they are unusable at the moment. there are no errors in f8 console or main server console it just says stop spamming

edit: it may be a inventory issue although I'm not actually sure
