Eye color is missing from Second Chance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'a Second Chance store'
2. Click on 'Appearance'
3. Scroll down to 'Height'
4. Typically Eye Color would be here but it is nowhere to be found expect for when you actually create a character

Expected behavior
You should be able to change your eye color and your whistle.

Additional context
The main thing besides eye colors is especially since the whistle update was pushed, players who made their character prior to that being a feature have no way to change their whistle, a second chance should be a way for a player to correct any mistakes they may have made during the creation process.

Some players even use it as a way to edit their character after something has happened, say they got attacked by a panther and want a scar, or they want to grow their beard out to signify that time has passed.
