Stands 16 thru 18 closed (@capzDE)

• disable automatic stand assignment for affected stands

TWY M between stands 19 and 47 and TWY L2 max. wingspan reduced to code C (@sergej-singer)

• add closure overlay for stands
• add invisible restriction map for correct warning label
• add visible restriction map to wingspan restrictions overview

All maps temporary to be only shown during construction time frame.

Already checked with EDDS TWR mentoring team. Closure will be implemented, but controllers may decide to disregard it during events and CPTs when necessary.

If possible, could the construction on taxiway Z and W be placed below the holding lines and the taxiline during the implementation of the construction? Also during de-icing operations, taxiway S is highlighted in light yellow on all used pads below the taxiline (e.g. DP1 & DP2 are used, Taxiway S is in light-yellow between Taxiway I and H).
