Advanced SOP concept

In continuation of the pre-GCAP idea of creating an advanced SOP with additional information for controllers interested in more realistic and in-depth procedures and to allow us to publish essentially every piece of information we have without necessarily needing to weigh the added realism against the increased complexity, I have drafted a new concept which should be in line with EUD DTP requirements and, together with CoT Minor APP, created a prototype based on EDDS.

Idea is to flesh out the concept internally, then trial the prototype to gather feedback from the wider community. If successful, we could progressively update all SOPs to the new concept.
