Error page improvements

• The oidc-provider error page should display the error for 3 seconds, before redirecting the user back to the client app
• Make the UI nice for the error page

Reproduce the easy way:

1. Start an oauth session and copy uid at any time during
2. Finish the interaction to completion
3. Try to go back into the (now completed) interaction using this link: http://localhost/oauth/interaction//abort

You should get the error message
