I followed the Installation Instructions, and was not able to install activate this plug-in

Hi @TonyMarkham-Cap !
This is unfortunately a known issue. Blender 4.2 changed how add-ons handles external dependencies so our plugin works with 4.1 at this time. The work to support 4.2 hasn't been prioritized yet.
