Attachment points on multi-hub disappear

When a craft file is loaded, attachment nodes that are normally present on the part are no longer present. Specifically, the nodes on the rack on top where Karibou tanks are meant to go.

Repro steps:

• Create new craft
• Add Karibou UKS Multi-hub part. Save craft file.
• Load craft file
• The nodes in the middle of both layers of the top rack will be gone.

Any parts already attached to those nodes stay there, but if removed, they cannot be replaced in this position.

Running MKS/OKS v 1.3.0.0, the most recent version in CKAN.
