key cluster mini trackball: slows down at random, back to normal after some time

Currently using the uhk 80 with key cluster. Latest firmware 15.0.1 reported by the agent.

Environment: Fedora 43, Wayland + Sway WM
Kernel: 6.17.1-300.fc43.x86_64

Couple of days ago, the mini trackball on the key cluster became painfully slow. Had to move it a lot to get even a little bit of vertical scrolling. Earlier today, it resumed normal function. I didn't change any key cluster or other config in the agent at any point in the last few days.

This did happen at least once in the past too IIRC.

I have used the same key cluster also with a uhk 60 v2, but honestly don't recall this happening on that one.

Any chance this is triggered by a suspend-wake cycle? If so, then it is probably a known high-res-scrolling / linux-kernel bug.

To test this hypothesis, please try whether the mouse layer scrolling keys are also affected.
