comment: # If the cart is in lockout mode, there needs to be some indicator (be it a visual indicator on the screen such as a toggled light on the UI, or when a command is sent to actuate a valve a pop-up replies with "CART IS LOCKED OUT" or an equivalent).
Acceptance Criteria
comment: # When the cart is in lockout mode (lockout key in the cart) there is feedback or some indicator of the state it is in. It is no longer acceptable for no feedback and non-responsive controls due to test confusion.
