Can't install HepMC/ and HepMCtoHEPEvt/ packages

I have tried to install HepMC and HepMCtoHEPEvt packages but I cannot succeed in that. I have managed to install HepMC from the internet, but I think that the HepMC package from the repository needs to be installed. 
Can anyone please help here?
I am using a Debian Linux distro for development, and have installed all the other necessary Hep softwares like Pythia, Geant4, and ROOT.
