EMF allows us to modify parameters for multiple jobs. Modify currently allows simultaneous modification of the parameters of multiple jobs within a single window. Without modify, job parameters for many jobs would need to be modified in individual job-specific windows.

There could be usefulness in extending the concept of modifying jobs to modifying inputs. For example, onroad mode runs are assigned job and month(s) specific jobs. See below for an example of the 2022v2 onroad RPV inputs tab. Notice how jobs may share similar inputs or parameters, highlighted in image. If one of these datasets/parameters change usually multiple, similar inputs need to change as well. Currently, we are limited to editing the inputs and modifying the inputs in individual windows. We could save time if we were able to mass modify multiple inputs. This functionality would, also, allow us to modify the subdirectory of many inputs which could be useful for script packaging. Extending modify jobs to inputs is the basic idea.
