Descriptive Summary

• Determine whether or not multiple Contributing Organizations (CDM metadata field) can go under a single Spotlight exhibit. It is possible to curate an exhibit using multiple facets from/across multiple fields?
• Additionally, can Spotlight Exhibits be created from format types? Example: 'Oral histories'

Expected Behavior

• Spotlight exhibits which are created from multiple faceted keywords/fields
• Spotlight exhibits which are scoped to a singular format type in order to facilitate themed exhibits

• If this answer is yes, DLS will give AppDev a "metadata map" of which Contributing Organizations go under which Spotlight exhibit (important: we do NOT want a 1:1 - not each contributing organization gets a Spotlight exhibit)

It is not possible to create a Spotlight exhibit from multiple Contributing Organizations. Spotlight exhibit items can be arranged into groups; however, these groups are created via faceted fields within the larger, encompassing exhibit. An example of this can be seen on the publicdev site under the University of Minnesota Libraries, University Archives
example exhibit.

It is possible to create exhibits which are scoped to a singular format type such as "Oral Histories" or "Postcards" by filtering on the format_name field. An example of this can be seen in the Postcards example exhibit. This exhibit is currently comprised of postcards from two contributing organizations; University of Minnesota Libraries, Special Collections and Rare Books andUniversity of Minnesota Libraries, Upper Midwest Literary Archives.
