Show Spinning/Loading Indicator when Converting CA Name

There is currently no user feedback when submitting a CA name for conversion. It takes long enough to where a user may not know that anything is going on.

We can solve this issue temporarily by displaying a spinning wheel while it is "loading". Longer-term solutions may include fixing whatever is causing the long loading time
