Add client.insecure option to alert of type teams-workflow

Describe the feature request

There is a configuration option named "client.insecure" for alerts of type "teams", but not for "teams-workflow". Please add the config parameter to teams-workflow.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

Right now one is forced to use alerts of type "teams" when TLS verification needs to be disabled (in my case because of a self signed certificate from a corporate TLS inspection proxy). However, "teams" is deprecated in favor of "teams-workflow".
