Description:
Two different project creation interfaces exist with different capabilities, causing user confusion.

Interface 1: Modal-based (File menu, startup)

• Broken - fails with path error
• Standard file menu location

Interface 2: Inline form (Project Manager)

• Works correctly
• Less discoverable location

Problems:

• Users don't know which interface to use
• Standard file operations don't work
• Inconsistent user experience

Suggestion: Fix modal interface or remove it entirely.
