Issue #7: Active Project Indication Too Subtle

Description:
Active project in Project Manager is difficult to distinguish from inactive projects, causing user confusion.

Current Indication: Only absence of "Switch" button indicates active project

Problems:

• Too subtle visual difference
• Users cannot quickly identify active project
• No visual hierarchy between active/inactive states

Suggested Improvements:

• Distinct background color for active project
• "ACTIVE" badge more prominent
• Border or visual emphasis
• Different typography weight
