Issue #6: Edit and Close Project Buttons Non-Functional

Description:
Edit and Close buttons on project cards in Project Manager do not work, appearing functional but having no effect.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Project Manager (Home)
2. Click Edit button on any project card
3. Click Close button on any project card

Expected Behavior:

• Edit: Should open project editing interface
• Close: Should close project (with save prompt if needed)

Actual Behavior:

• Edit: Nothing happens
• Close: Nothing happens
• Buttons appear clickable but are non-functional

Impact: Users cannot manage existing projects through the primary project management interface.
