Identify README files with unusual names #80
Description
RampUp and License metrics search for README.md. Files with other names such as "readme.markdown" are not recognized. In this case, RampUp returns 0 and license defaults to the LICENSE file. IF there is no LICENSE file, license returns 0. Functionality could be improved by fetching all files in the root of the directory containing "readme" uppercase or lowercase with any file extension.
