Description
What we will need to do is to generate a valid key, fund it (via migration) and back it up. The backend of the faucet will have its own key, it will verify if the target address (aka user address) has enough funds (like 10 TNK) if it does, it will return 429, if it doesnt, it will perform a transfer of 10 tnk.
