Investigate discrepancy of hours calculation

Need to research why hours tracked in April don't match after refactoring (hours -> minutes)

Description

1. Get hours tracked in April from DB (3 employees - Yulia, Gosha)
2. Calculate manually the correct hours
3. If the latest implementation is not correct need to pre-populate data and test it
4. Search for the potential bug and fix it (maybe UI rounds the hours?)
5. Compile incident report

Definition of Done
For example:

1. Bug is proved by test (if there is a bug)
2. Hours are calculated correctly
3. Written incident report
