Adding validation functionality.

User story:
As a deveoper , I want to *add manifest validation functionality , so that this functionality can be used when creating an Ingredient Assertion.

DoD:

• Added the ability to validate the manifest.
• Added tests for the manifest validation functionality.
• An ADR has been prepared that describes the reasons for adding the relevant functionality, the possible options, and the reasons for choosing a specific option.
