Need to update content of README file to be more helpful for contributors.

Get inspiration from JVM Bloggers
Describe code standards - maybe use https://google.github.io/styleguide/javaguide.html and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/google/styleguide/gh-pages/intellij-java-google-style.xml
