Requires #1, #2, #3.

Need to edit/improve/modify README file in all submodules in main branches:

for DB migration tool created in Publish DB migration tool between 1.0 and 2.0 #1
for new master branch from Cleanup xenia-api repository and set version 2.0 as current #2
for new master branch from Cleanup xenia-ng repository and set version 2.0 as current #3

Provide only the simplest description and direct to the main readme file as the main source of truth.
