This repository is the bootstrap instance of the ai-system: a multi-agent platform that hosts agents, the projects they work on, and the skills, tools, and harnesses they use. The ai-system is harness-neutral, treats MCP as its only egress boundary, and is designed to grow organically as new agents, projects, and capabilities are added.
Bootstrapping. The system's conceptual model is captured in
knowledge/ ahead of substantial code. Current
structure is load-bearing convention rather than finished design.
