02_tikhonov exercise 3 alpha

In exercise 3 we ask them to setup blockdatacontainer with the gradient operator - which we show the solution to in the snippet

We also ask them to try different values of alpha to find the best solution

I think it would be nice to have an alpha value in the solution snippet so they can see how they did in finding alpha themselves
