Improvement: consistent design system and component library extraction

UI primitives (Badge, Modal, Toast, buttons, cards) are ad hoc with inline styles in places. Extract a small, consistent design system.

Scope

• Consolidate shared primitives into a documented component library with consistent tokens (spacing, color, radius, typography) and theme support.
• Replace inline-styled one-offs with the shared components.
• Add a simple component showcase page.

Value

Consistency, less duplication, faster UI work, and easier theming (helps the embed/badge features).

Acceptance

• Shared primitives live in a documented library with tokens; key pages use them; a showcase page exists.
