TTT on WSL2

Hi, just came across TTT2 and would be very interested to see how Qiime2 Taxon Tables could be further visualized by TTT2.
Will the conda yml env file work unter WSL2 (on Win11)?

Otherwise, do you have an example how to use pip on a linux OS instead?

Currently I don't have an environment file for Linux.
But you can simply install TTT2 using pip:
pip install taxontabletools2
But you'll need to install scikit-bio separately: https://scikit.bio/install.html

I have not yet tested TTT2 in WSL2. But I would recommend using W11 in this case.

Great, thanks. It os running on Linux in a conda env.
You mentioned in the paper that qiime2 exports should be ok to be used. Q2 does, however, not add the seqeunce to the abundance table. Is there any chance to skip sequences as I do not want to classify sequences again?
I would be interested to see if TTT2 offers new "views" on existing classifications.
