File Corruption #95
Description
Somehow, accessing and downloading files from the web server on a stock Windows Server 2008 R2 install using IE 8 is corrupting the files.
I downloaded 7z installer from the web server, and it wouldn't execute, it produced a pop-up saying just ERROR.
I then accessed the same file through a \\network connection, which did not corrupt the file and would allow it to execute.
