Add a new BBCode to include flair items in posts and other places BBCode is rendered.

Implementation:

  • Add a new field in the flair item creation form for a unique and permanent short code (ex. gold-medal)
  • Add a BBCode [flair] (usage ex. [flair]gold-medal[/flair])
  • Replace code with the small version of that flair item, or placeholder if it doesn't exist
  • Possibly add an interface like the one for selecting smilies
