Not applying Flair

Morning all, I am unable to sign up to the phpBB site as it keeps telling me I got the weird signup thing wrong. But any how. I have profile flair installed on my phpBB forum.

I have got the following setup.

Category: Posting Rank
Newbie: 0 posts and 0 days
Initiate: 5 posts or 7 days
Explorer: 20 posts or 30 days
Pathfinder: 50 posts or 90 days
Pioneer: 100 posts or 180 days
Beacon: 250 posts or 365 days
Elder: 500 posts or 730 days
Sage: 1000 posts or 1095 days

I have included one of the setups this one for Sage.

No the issue I am seeing is that all of the above have become available to all members of the site. Members are also able to apply the flair with out reaching the goals set out above.

I have no idea why this is happening and was hoping someone here would be able to help

Ok so it has started applying the roles but now I seem to be having an issue where when it need to show one Flair via Display on posts it shows older information and not the newest Flare the user has been given
