Allow image sizes to be set to 3x at all times

On higher resolution displays, the 1x resolutions of flairs end up looking pretty pixelated. It would be handy to have an option to pin the images to the maximum resolution possible (even if the size of the image is still 22px; using the 2x or 3x asset will result in a crisper image).
