Hi!
I have problem with flair notifications. When assigning a flair to user, it shows up in member_view and viewtopic_body, but the user doesn't get the notification.
Notifications are enabled.
I work on 3.3.10 phpbb version and the version of extension is 1.2.5. Any solution to that?

Edit:
It seems that notifications are stuck in the noti table and are not sent to the user.
